4. Fill in all the required fields in the form (an online interactive form), you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader for this.
5. Sponsorship details are already pre-filled, please do not remove or adjust
6. After verifying that all details are correct, then print out three copies or print out one and then make two extra copies of the filled form.
7. Take your form to the nearest Tiens Specialty Store or representative and there you will pay the registration fee (about US $20 depending on the rate in your area – paid in the local currency equivalent)
8. Collect your registration kit and membership card from the same shop/representative and then click here to send back the registration number which can be found on your membership card.
